brother, convertable notes arent options. they are debt facilities underpinned by equity in the company (shares). they either get converted or the debt is paid back + interest. in my experience they convert chunks along the way dumping into spikes for huge margin until the company gets jack and pays them back.... they are brutal on publically traded companies.
