A CR for what? Plant build? Absolutely not, it will be debt financed, would make sense to go through SK but no idea whether they would. Otherwise there is no reason I can think of for a CR, Flemington drilling is already underway and substancially expanded and they have enough cash for the completion of BFS.
Im really interested in what they'll do with Thack, COB appear to be progressing well and have off-take agreement with LG chem which is another powerhouse. Their resource size has been significantly upgraded and their followers are preaching.
