    There are 2 scenarios - (1) scenario not covered by policy (2) non-disclosure

    I don't know what the legal teams are butting heads on but usually done on latter.

    We should get an update but it may not necessarily mean we'll have a settlement rather a possible delay. Mediation process usually a bit of a joke with both parties unwilling to concede much.
