It's pointless comparing something on a timeline from 1986 when we are faced with a diametrically altered situation in this day and age.
We have had a GFC, 'QE', the rise of China as global power, and enormous expansion in debt and money supply. Is it any wonder that the elderly get confused by so much radical change, and turn to such comforting but delusional notions as 'the market didn't crash today, therefore it will never crash again' and 'the property market cannot crash'.
The future of Silver is very bright!!
