I dont comment to often about TLS but will put my 2 cents worth in.
Dividend secure till 2020 then may change but how depends on Penn and co's ability to generate new revenue streams whilst also protecting market share and if they do a really good job it could even rise. I like their focus on 5g and also increasing under sea cable capacity and dont doubt that the internet as a whole will be substantially busier as time goes by. Jury still out on some of their other growth areas.
I have bought 2 parcels , one in the 6's ( ouch) and one at 4.00. But have been in Telstra since day dot, and Telstra shares funded a long overseas holiday a couple of years back when i sold 14K worth ( at 5.60)which had cost me nothing when you consider all the dividends received over the years since 1999 when i first held. So i understand that Telstra fluctuates over time and i can even remember when it was at over 9 dollars,so i expect with dividend and growth uncertainty it may fall below 3 dollars but would think it has a real value more like 4 dollars and expect it will reverse eventually from this downward trend , as it has many times in the almost 20 years i have had some in my portfolio.
