Well that’s very absolute.. the market is leaky so charts break well before news - all-the -time
It’s not fair but true... the chart tells u what people with long timeframe know and breaks before we know.. it doesn’t need news at all but for a continued moves avoiding a dump somewhere yes news helps.. I won’t list examples juatbscan for volume breaks and then overlay news that will get u plenty of examples
