Just keep hitting the TOU button and hope you get a mod to action (don't TOU the same post though more than once as that annoys the mods). The mod that reviews the TOU might not be up to date with the shenanigans or posters agendas so the might choose to not moderate as it doesn't appear that bad. Once a mod actions the post either by moderating or by hitting the ignore button on the TOU it is deemed to be actioned. Mods don't always agree with the countless TOU's so have to cut them some slack also.
I just hope the 4ce doesn't degenerate into another AVZ where good posters get temp suspensions because it becomes more about the fight than the stock. We have seen 4ce bounce from high 8's to mid 10's a few times now and it is difficult not to expect new highs in the not to distant future. Down ramping posts are just that. No substance and done to stir. Nothing wrong with opposing view points but they should at least have some substance. 4ce off to a solid start as I type
