    Yep. That's my thinking too. It's a pity because despite the publicised negative experiences, I personally think that franchises can be viable businesses in spaces like this - and there is the potential for RFG to be/to have been a good business. Aggregating the purchasing power for the franchisees, providing know-how, spreading admin and advertising costs etc It's a pretty solid value proposition. However, like all businesses, the key is to ensure that the pie is fairly shared between all stakeholders so everyone can benefit, which in turn serves to keep everyone aligned in growing the overall pie for everyone's benefit. I think the Exec lost sight of this and that's put a target on their backs and that of the company. The business(es) should survive - but I cannot presently see the common stock surviving. But, that's just my own view.

    Anyway, as they say on Dragon's Den: I'm out (without ever being in).
