Yes db is probably quoting correctly from the typical generic announcement but these guys and girls aren’t here tyre kicking. By the reports available they have been working on this for a year and their interest goes back for years further than that. They have all sorts of people doing all sorts of work with gov, politicians, major share holders and whoever needs to be swayed in their direction. The FIRB will need a good argument to send these people home empty handed. DYOR
