    Why good buying opportunity? Mr market is offloading to those who think a stock is a good opportunity the price is lower. Mr market buys and sells based on the collective wisdom of future earnings and especially future dividends. Management has already tactfully indicated that total dividends after 2020 will be lower than current total dividends. So Mr market is offloading to those who don't yet realise this
