The terms of the agreement decide whether the Bosch e.g. long-term agreement is a good one or not in a rising price environment. There's no way waving pom-poms, as ausheds has been doing, makes any sense without knowing the terms.
This is nothing more than common sense in the mining world. The idea being promulgated, that the REE mining world is so special that common sense doesn't apply, is just silly.
It's all about the terms.
