A. Friedland has the contacts in Hubei and China, plus Pengxin to help move things along. I've posted his comments. There is your deposit. The negotiation with the deposit owner shouldn't be too tough. Coal and petro is on the outs, they are getting shut down by the politicians and environmentalists, and everybody is screaming at them about their waste pollution.

B. Friedland controls CLQ. There is the miner to do a JV deal on the deposit or acquire it outright.

C. Friedland controls Pu Neng, who needs vanadium off-take.

Bingo.

My imagination can really run wild, but the vanadium thing is there in black-and-white. And we are due for some news.

If words mean what they say, CLQ will have vanadium operations in China within two or three years.
Think about it. He has taken a CLQ director and made him CEO of Pu Neng. This is not my imagination.
I am not dreaming it.

RF is probably restraining himself because he can't stress out CLQ management with another big project until Sunrise is on glide path.
