Police Rule:
1) Overwhelm offender while protecting yourself from harm.

The problem as I see it is that people think they can intimidate and answer back to police when they are approached by police?
The law as applies to people is equal and opposite force when you are being attacked or assaulted!
If people took responsibility for their actions and realised the Cops won't take any Sh1t then the police won't need to be rougher than required. Be a good citizen and it would be EXTREMELY unlikely you will find yourself being roughed up by police!
