I got out last year. Suggest those that remain ask real probing questions. Forget asking "when is EGS relisting", ask "what is stopping relisting today" or "what criteria have EGS been told to meet by ASIC/ASX, regulator or baking agent to meet relisting conditions". Ask what's around the corner that presents a hurdle or risk. Then you'll be more informed. I am dead set certain there are too many "secrets" which have a material impact.
EGS took money through a prospectus late last year. Shareholders legally entitled to know why their investment is being held up (ie not listed and not trading [almost 8 mths now]). What I'm not sure of is whether EGS can legally operate (ie running a your mine - Golden Eagle UG and Sandking OP) indefinitely and not meet conditions (is it a contract?) of prospectus.
The next big question is how much is left of the capital raising.
