    That or they are frozen in state of deterioration of the business they cannot remedy quickly enough. The quarterly maybe a disaster and then the next quarterly maybe the administrators or firesale of assets to appease the banks.

    Why? Pay down debt before they call in administrators leaving unsecured creditors and shareholders with the can.

    They have no real option with CR atm.
