    I'm surprised too.... I was expecting at least 6c, after I Sinomine informed the market they are paying 6c per a share.... and then after today's official PSC announcement, I was expecting at least 7c.

    I guess, it's a similar situation to KDR... it would take Mr. Market a few months to understand.
