    Have a look at the concentrate prior to leaching COB is producing.. 3,000 - 4,500 ppm... Thats 0.3 - 0.45% cobalt equiv is it not?

    LG Chem seem comfortable enough that can be economically refined into battery grade sulphate hence making a deal with COB.
