It amazes me how fickle some GMV shareholders are.
Selling with company making announcement possibly less than a month away.

The listed Performance shares (60M per milestone) have significant targets:
Milestone 2: US$30M revenue over 12 month period 24 months from listing
Milestone 3: EBITDA of US$25M within 36 months of listing.

If Milestone 3 is achieved this is massive, the equivalent of a US$1B plus company.
