Baptism is conferred upon infants to free them from the sin of Genesis, to initiate them into the Church as Christians, and to give them the supernatural grace of God that will allow them to be formed, when they are older and can understand and believe, then they are baptized by laying of hands, no drama
So I take it you have verses to support the above?
I was under the impression, you had to confess your sins to God in Jesus name for them to be forgiven, so how could a child be freed?
