    I'm not quite sure of the difference between perceived and presumed value. STW yield at 4.22% price to book 2 times. Price to earning 16.5 times average is about 15. Clearly it's could get down to 10 which would indicate another 30% slide from here. But for my long term portfolio I am going to start accumulating again.
