I read somewhere that, some years ago, the Government had control over the production of Cobalt because it was used in the manufacture of ammunition.

IMO, Artemis won't do any hedging deals. I agree with @millsking there. Maybe sell straight to highest market bid when enough produced and no contract at all? Not sure how that would work though or if its practicable to store it. But ARV have the luxury of not being in debt, producing gold, so wouldn't need a contract for the Cobalt.
