    hmm... nup, looking @ it again.... it certainly does seem to be one and the same (or near enough) to what BB was hinting at someone producing in Namibiafor export (Celsius or a JV partner ?).

    My guess is that he has met with some company's who are proposing a battery manufacturing plant (or cobalt processing plant) in Namibia for a JV.
