As you could notice, the expandable graphite prices depend on the size of the graphite flakes (the larger the flakes the higher expandability ratio and hence higher prices) they go from 2000$ per tonne for medium flakes (80mesh) to 3000$ per tonne for large flakes (48mesh) and up to 5000$ per tonne for super jumbo flakes (32 mesh).
Graphite deposits with a high % of large flakes will benefit most from this flourishing premium priced market.
