Clement Ko was buying some years ago when RGL was selling. Valueseeker, I am not missing the point. Clement Ko is Chinese and I doubt whether he will sell, he has fallen out with Shagang and RGL that is all. His falling out was on the cards for a long time. For your info the Chinese still control GRR.
RGL will continue selling, hopefully they are gone this year.
