If Pacific International is truly independent of Shagang then there'd be no reason for them to keep those 95mil shares and you would expect they would have been selling them over the last two months.
Likewise RGL Holdings are obviously a seller too, so their 25mil remaining shares would also be up for sale too.
Hopefully we'll get more info next week with lodgement of further up-to-date notices.
