    Thanks J, i managed to find it anyway - unbelievable that lakes has to keep paying fees for something they cant use! Bolt being a sensible rational person is floored by the stupidity. There has to of course be a balance to exploration BUT total ban to everything- wow thats power!!
    Your link has given me a new news source ect that i can explore as dont know twitter much- i so conservative and backwards haha
