    Totally agree! I don't think Paul hopper would want a take over before $1, if there is somehow, it will be really worth for IMU, I'm going to hold my share for at least 3years, condition is the management personnel doesn't change!! For any small cap company, few thing you can depends on: 1) how special is the product and the quality of the research( financial + knowledge) 2) the potential market size for the product 3) the management!
