We know that a lady experienced an abscopal response when the sarcoma of her vena cava was irradiated with a palliative dose while she took NOX66 at 800 mg/day. It is true that it was 'only' a partial response, but it is was extraordinary by any measure. There had only been eight abscopal responses reported in scientific literature before NOX66 was used; now there are ten. 4. The first DARRT trial will be restricted to prostate cancer patients. We know of one prostate patient who achieved a total abscopal response and who is apparently cancer-free about four years after treatment with NOX66 plus low-dose radiation.
