In the last 12 months the current team got the share price up to 12c and then back down to 7c. Why will things be different. If that is all the current board did before what will be done different now. Definition of insanity, doing the same thing and expecting a different result. Everyone is replaceable the technology belongs to the company not one person. Look at all major tech companies - thousands of people working on same technology. If these current guys want to have a dummy spit and take manangement with them then I say let them go. You are not bigger than the company, get over yourselves. I say new board, new management and new direction in share price - “UP”. You did not save it before so what makes you think you can do it now.
