Her name has more clout now out there in the industry. Now she can sign off and expedite the day to day admin that can hold up a lot of things that are significantly important to get things moving. She is definitely the one behind the wheel now. Everyone is looking to her for leadership and direction. Wow factor in regards to respect from her peers here imo.
No increase in salary either, obviously passionate about the IP and the Company and the intererest of shareholders no dilution or greed with this lady. Good on you Leslie! You are a rare human being.
