Keeping in mind I haven't been following oil and know nothing about this company at all.
So purely from a technical prospective.
It looks like a head & shoulders topping pattern to me.
I've tried to look at it from a bulls prospective but I can't see anything in the chart to suggest a break to the up side coming soon.
