They will need very large areas of very flat land to do any meaningful evaporation ponds - unless they are just hoping to be taken out due to the nuisance factor.
No one seems to be able to answer the point about rugged terrain at JuyJuy.
Kachi is a different story - no dramas there with nice flat land.
