    Erlang being the open source programming language behind the Open Telco Platform (OTP) from Ericsson. These are real-time, distributed systems required true 5 9s availability.

    Why would YOJ go down this path?
    Because YOJ is going to be more than an application.
    Because YOJ is preparing itself for the IOT - which is all about billions of concurrently connected things (not just computers but containers, parcels etc) communicating with each other.

    Great vision. Make sure you eat the elephant one bite at a time. Good start IMO.
