    I suspect that us retail investors will get the opportunity to buy on market at 1.10 anyway. I hope I am wrong here, but when momentum is negative (true in this case) then the price tends to track back to the raise price.

    That is unless CAT lets another 'cat out of the bag' and surprises us!

    All in IMO and DYOR.
