    There is a loop hole.
    If you can open a corporation in Nevada, you can open up a brokerage account with anyone in the USA. Lot of work though and only useful if you have a fair bit to invest, and you are successful at trading the markets LOL.
    My friend has an account with them and that's how he does it.
