What are we talking about here? Not the Olaroz Lines? Wrong South American country surely??? Hopefully UNESCO don't see these images and designate the area a world heritage site ... a little bit more seriously, I would have thought that phase 2 would require its own set of ponds but maybe clearing the site for the processing facility (??). But anyway thanks Audax, if it's not number crunching it's satellite tracking.
