You misunderstood my point Fish. I don't think SGH was conned at all. In fact I think AG & Co were doing the conning. What I meant was IF AG & Co thought Quindell defrauded them it didn't take two years to realise it and AG & Co had the legal requirement to inform SH as soon when they though Quindell defrauded them.
To be clear I don't think for a minute that SGH directors believed they were defrauded or they would have taken action against Quindell for recovery straight away.
