I agree that a totally passionate founder who has taken their innovative idea and turned it into a success is very difficult to replace. However, in a post submitted late last night the author indicated that RE borrowed the idea from a company he was previously involved in. This may or may not be true.

Passion for making money should not be confused with passion to see your concept or idea turned into a success and I believe RE is only interested in the money. So IMO he would be easily replaced and should be ASAP.

His previous business track record, which all appear to have ended in failures, would indicate to me, that he has very little in the way of management skills, integrity or concern for others financial health, including investors in BIG.
