The Pakistan one is interesting and not sure what will come of it as doing searches I can't see total numbers of machines.
Phillips others and a couple of Chinese companies have been installing a handful of machines in military and hospitals and there is some other machines mostly in private clinics. It is a growing market and there can't be a lot of specialists to cover .

I am not sure of the demographics of wealth in Pakistan but I am aware of the poor state of public health facilities with aged equipment and much not working. Any strategy is worth a try at a low cost but with forms of bribery a way of life in so many countries it may be hard but there may be enough genuine business from private clinics .
Very steep learning curve going to such a country unless you know your ground and are partnered with a local company . The payback may take a very long time so unsure if it is the right country to start in?
