I just cant get over the countries like US, even Australian/UK, crying over stolen stuff, when they literally invade or went to wars and stole as much as they could carry then enslave the people. China is the worlds super power now, the US had its turn now its crying like a litte sook.... Its business, and no Chinese person has ever done harm to me. If anything when Chinese investors buys into the company I invest in I generate a lot of returns.. so thank you China.
On another not, DTZ has distribution agreements in some countries, Japan and China, however the China dist agreement was the only one where the Chinese investors wanted to pay up to 15mil just to have that privledge... I believe the other agreements where for free. Let that sink in.
