So if they raise money and use it to drill and hit high grade silver and lead, the share price can never increase due to consolidation?
Who cares if the floor is lower, if they come up with the goods, it is better to go into the future with less shares out there. Just buy some shares at the low prices if you believe in the project to combat the dilution of the capital raise.
