It was interesting what Denial said in a previous post.. if Zurich lawyers are pushing for the 'fraudulent non-disclosure'... I think that is nonsense - the sequence of events have been publicly disclosed and I reckon it is Zurich business to assess the risk and conduct the necessary due diligence before underwriting the policy..
So in my opinion they may have weak legal argument... So Sun Tse, Art of War says when you are weak.... act and appear strong..
