    Good morning Phoenix, do you happen to have any maps showing RIOs entry into the split rocks area?
    If they have indeed taken up ground around ZNC, then this is a serious development. Not surprised RIO wants in, as they are clearly well behind other players in that sector. But hopefully that means they might have to pay a lot more to get an entry into ground like ZNCs.
