Nothing really to clarify! This is old news and publicly available! However its still a fact that when Tom and Terence sold / dumped their shares it trashed the share price... who cares why they sold (although obvious, $$) they should have taken caution and realised they were about the smash the SP!!
Maybe Terence needed the $$ for his poker gaming! Who knows about Tom but either way they dumped their shares!
