Another poster mentioned that this upgrade and being over $1 / small $100m market cap that the insto's might move in. Either this or with China locking up supply then the Euro battery / car makers should be knocking on our door.
Surely this price action is positive? Big announcement with a pump and likely dump by insiders yet price has continued to move up strongly instead of consolidating or even dropping post announcement.
