Performance shares are a great incentive for employees.
I would assume most of the employees are highly educated and with highly regarded qualifications, they could probably Click on Seek and have many potential openings for them. It would put the operations back severely if FBR train them up and they were to leave for another job somewhere else.
I say keep the brains of the project happy and us shareholders will get the HX soon enough. I could only imagine the stress upon these employees with the up coming deadlines that us shareholders are awaiting to be met. Good luck and health to all those involved in the project HX![]()
