Lithium exploration company Lake Resources is poised to kick off a $4 million capital raising managed by Hunter Capital and Patersons Securities.
Sources told Street Talk the company had pegged the offer at 13.5¢ per share with investors also set to receive an attaching option exercisable at 20¢ on or before December 31.
