They've just launched a secondary offering to raise $312m USD.
They describe themselves as:
"Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a Biopharmaceutical company discovering, developing and commercializing drugs targeting G protein-coupled receptors to address unmet medical needs."
POTENTIAL PARTNER/ACQUIRER PERHAPS....? ONLY ~$1.2bn market cap though...
