They will pull through. I understand that Dean has turned around similar hot messes and has some good corp moves underway to rapidly pull CLZ out of the poop.
But i agree, on paper it looks a bit scary!!!
Stock assist facility is both a blessing and a curse. It appears to have kept CLZ out of insolvency but I hate how when it is used, it keeps SP down! Im hoping that once turnaround is done, and dean raises a decent pile of cash, the stock assist facility will fall to the backburner. In fact, id say termination of the facility will probably be a precondition of any placement/support from a reputable broker. Regardless, its served its purpose over the last year....
