Declaratory relief

I think most here had formed the view that we would be seeking remedies at arbitration. Now it turns out that we are only seeking declaratory relief - which at best could be a judgement that we still have the right to PE and the period will start from whenever COP hand over the required information. COP already know this and will no doubt continue to ignore it. So this is only step 1 to hand us a judgment that we will then have to take to a court seeking remedy. Disappointing, but not surprising.
